Excellent Unblack / Death Metal from South Africa
They Wither is an unblack/death metal band from Pretoria, South Africa. What sets them apart is a high level of musicianship and song-writing, along with a keen sense of dynamics. The only misgiving I have in regards to this 2014 E.P. is with the slightly awkward chorus in "Days of Midian," otherwise they did an outstanding job here. Last song "Awakening" is superb and is the only song with clean vocals. It has a folk / pastoral feel and highlights the depth of the band's song-writing abilities.

Better Than I Expected
Very fine practice amp. Super lightweight and portable. Works on AA batteries or with a 4.5v adaptor (which is a bit of a pain to find, so far I am just using batteries). Great sound, from clean to overdrive. The echo effect is also nice to have - it is subtle but adds color and depth. I honestly did not expect this to be that great, I took a chance even though I really wanted the (slightly) more expensive Boss Katana Mini. But I have no regrets purchasing this and am quite happy with it.
