Seeds but no plants.
Seeds have failed to germinate in my outdoor garden over a two month period.

Quality
Well-made. Not cheaply made. Easy to use. I expect the bands will hold up to prolonged use.

Well worth the price.
The tip tops are terrific. Appear to be well made, more than worth the price. If this came from a well-know rod building supplier, you would have thought they were worth the much more that you paid. The true test will be how do they hold up in fishing conditions.
