The best in ear buds I've ever used.
6 of 6 found this helpful The first thing I noticed was the aesthetics of the product. It screams premium. It feels good and looks good. You have to use the Sony Headphones app to get the most out of it, but it definitely helps.
The default sound signature needs work but the app gives you the option to customize the EQ or use EQ presets which are okay. The sound is the best I have ever heard (once altered from the default) that I've ever heard from an ear bud unassisted.
The ambient mode uses the built-in mics of the ear phones to pull in outside noise or sounds so you can still hear your surroundings and be aware of them. It also has a beat feature where, if turned on, pauses whatever you're listening to when you talk. It assumes you're talking to someone and pauses everything and turns on ambient mode so you can communicate clearly.
The main selling point of these ear buds, however, is the active noise cancellation... Bar none, it is the best noise cancellation in any ear bud right now, as of June 2022.
The immediate issue I had with them is to pair them, maybe the documentation wasn't included with the copy I bought, but I had to watch a video on YouTube to be educated on how to do that. The earphones also don't play well with other EQs, which is a shame. Lastly, the fit is a bit hard for me to initially adjust to. There's not wrong with the earphones, I've just been using silicone ear tips for years, so I had some issues conforming to the foam ear tips that these ship with.
Regardless of the shortcomings, I love these. For what they are, they are amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

Great device, where it matters.
Great device! Has a great screen, a bit dull in terms of brightness but the quality is great. Front facing speakers are superb. Cameras, front and back are magnificent!! I wish it were a bit narrower, but that's just me.
I would recommend to a friend, and I have. :)
