very good for my IBS
1 of 1 found this helpful i started with 1 so far, and have seen a noticeable difference. keep in mind it can take up to 14 days to see the full effect. and you need to take it every day with a meal for max results. and if you stop you will loose them
you can take up to 3 a day after every meal
however i would recommend 1 a day for 14 days, then if you feel like you need more try 2 a day and so on up to 3 total. always give it a full 14 days before you increase the dose, and only take 1 at a time
also be aware if you have IBS like me it make make bloating worse until you system adapts to it.
so far this is the only over the counter product, thats helped my IBS
