It works.

It's just a damn screen. Of course it's quiet. It fills the hole. It just sits there. What's not to like?

It works just fine.

Basically bought it for the fan assembly to use on another more powerful video card. For that, it works well. The card I wanted to improve on didn't have a fan and it ran hot, so I used the 7570 for the fan.
