Requires less effort to turn the knob!
This has a gear drive right angle knob that makes it require less torque to turn the knob. We are in our 60s and that matters a lot. We had a Pampered Chef for year and it worked well also but this is a cut above. You won't be disappointed!!

A pan a true cook can love.
Pan distributes heat quickly and evenly. We have a gas stove and this helps prevent scorching on the bottom and speeds cooking. Great value.
