Hit or miss !

2nd one I have ordered. This ipad is very slow loading. The camera is fuzzy and snowy. Low quality. When scrolling, frames wiggle. For some reason, overall size is larger, also heavier than the 1st. Seems to get very hot when in use. Not really happy with this one.
