New as new can be!
Mine arrived in original, clean, never opened packaging. $80.00 vs $116.00 on Amazon. A great deal because the cost to repair/rebuild my original gun cost nearly as much. Now I have a spare, ready go gun.

Better quality counts.
Color coded and heavier gauge leads a plus.
Although a lot pricier than others, the connector fit is more snug than one I received with a replacement resistor. A poor connector eventually overheats and/or arcs causing eventual failure.

What a dream Machine!
Anyone who purchases an item like this at this price point and can't troubleshoot, repair and upgrade themselves should not indulge in negative reviews.
These are incredibly solid machines built rugged tough and simple like an old Chevy or Ford pickup. Dell still supports. They are easily repaired and upgraded within the constraints of the core engine and display. Inexpensive parts and upgrades available and it is super easy to work on even for a clutsey rookie.
This is a keeper for me. I was going to upgrade the OS from VISTA to Windows 7 but its so stable I'm leaving it alone.
I comparable new machine if it existed would cost double to produce than this did initially but no one needs a tank these days. To match the CPU, HD, graphics, display and included software in a new build is lots of $$$. The chassis itself is a classic.
