Handy adapter for the WV-5 (and 2, and probably more)
The box contains 2 extensions, one for the cleaning mop, and one for the vacuum cleaner. There's also an adapter for the smaller vacuum cleaner.
These extensions seem to work with pressure on them, you don't have to screw anything to fix them on a given length, you use it either folded, or extended to its full length, and in the last form there's nothing to hold it extended, just the position and the vertical pressure.

Perfect addition to the camera accessories.
Basically this is a water proof hand strap for the Nikon 1 AW1, meant to keep your camera secured to your hand, and very close, while you are diving underwater (scuba, or snorkel).
Its not a floating device, or anything else than a comfortable hand strap, that you tighten around your wrist. The white color may make it easy to locate the camera in case you drop it, but that is not the primary function.
The lock used to tighten it is a spring lock; the attachment to the camera is a simple loop.
