Best fastener
I much prefer this type of fastener tape over traditional hook and loop. This snaps together very tightly, holds firmly but is not too hard to separate. You use much less of this to accomplish the same amount of hold as Velcro.

It Fits !
Truly compatible with my OptiPlex 9010, very inexpensive and arrived relatively quickly.

Works perfectly for me
First of all, the styling is attractive (mine is silver) and the buttons have a decent amount of space between them, are well labelled and are of varying sizes.
My components are Sharp Aquos LCD, Scientific Atlanta cable box, Panasonic Blu-ray and Kenwood receiver (15 yrs old!). All of these devices worked by keying in the numeric code from the manual.
2 great conveniences are:
1) I was able to program the remote so that the volume +/- always applies to the receiver no matter which component is the "active" one. i.e. Select cable box to change channels but no need to change back to AMP to control volume.
2) Assigned a macro to button A that powers on TV, powers on amp, switches amp source to Video-1, switches to cable box so remote is ready to change channels on the box, not the TV.
My Cable box is NOT a DVR so I can't speak to how well this remote handles the advanced functions of the cable box. The learning fuctions seem pretty robust so I imagine any advanced DVR features that aren't supported could be learned.
Bottom line, I am very pleased with this product.
