Great device
I'm giving it "4 stars" because the audio is great, and I like the features it provides. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the battery life on the headset is a little short - about 6 hours, which isn't enough to get through a workday.
Back on the 'plus' side while it IS running in bluetooth mode, there is NO degradation in performance at all. The tradeoff (short battery life) for not being tethered to a computer by a 3' USB cable is very acceptable. Just have to remember to plug it in when sitting at the desk..
