Dated but still a grand adventure
If there is a movie to celebrate mankind and its achievements, this is the one to watch. Some people called it a puzzling bore and indecipherable mess, but I think this movie is more about experiencing a phenomenon rather than following through a plot. It certainly has a story and it actually gets more exciting near the end, but it takes its time like a turtle to the finish line. And yes, the turtle wins. I loved it.

Stunning video transfer of a timeless classic
3 of 3 found this helpful I don't want to go further reviewing a classic, so I will instead focus on the quality of this blu ray transfer. It's phenomenal. The colors are astounding beautiful, the film grain is natural and the details are sharp without any unnecessary enhancement. The outdoor sceneries are what will blow you away; they seem like they were filmed yesterday. If you are a fan of this movie, you will be thrilled by the video quality.
