Product was as expected, but packaging needs work.
Product was as expected. Only issue was the packaging. Shipped in a poly bag that was smaller than the wands. The wands were actually protruding the poly bag by 3 plus inches. And it appeared that's the way they were packaged. No way those wands were going to fit into that bag. thanks goodness no damage, nothing was missing, so all is good.

Perfect size for a smart phone. Not too big and does all I need it for....

Holds up well to the heat, unlike some other brands.
Have purchased this product several times and find it far superior to the cheaper versions.
