    BEST ONE, IT'S SHARP AND SANITARY!
    Because you can CLEAN THE WHOLE THING! I replaced one I had for over 50 years. The newer version you can only wipe part of it to clean and that makes the newer one unsanitary. I had bought the other one and returned it because you can't really clean the other one all the way, yuk.
