I gave up on Polar years ago and went to Garmin. But every Garmin unit is different, having too little commonality between models. Also, the Garmin support people can be difficult. So I'm selling my Garmin units and migrating back to Polar, the M450. So far, so good. I've used the unit for biking and running and it works well. Ask me again in a year or so.
