Hazardous To Your Health
0 of 1 found this helpful California Exotic used to have a rubber, water-tight plug/flange where the wire entered the bullet. No more. Now the wire loosely passes though a hole twice it's size in the shell leaving plenty of room for body fluids to enter the cavity at the base of the bullet. In other words, this thing is just a bullet shaped petri dish where germs can fester and grow to their hearts content. To bring this into contact with yourself or your partner after first use is to invite infection. If you choose to go ahead and buy it anyway, it is advisable to use it once and throw it away. It's hard to believe that California Exotics thought that this was a great way to save on production/material cost when it looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Go figure.

17 months later.
After a year and a half three out of four corners cracked and pieces spontaneously fell off without dropping it. For the price, I can't complain too much. I did get some use out of it. It worked great prior to that, but understand that whatever kind of plastic it is made off, it is not designed to hold up for more than 1.5 years.

Lifetime Warranty Scam
1 of 2 found this helpful I bought the Zagg Invisible Shield two years ago. It finally bubbled up along the edges and the adhesive came off. No big deal. These things wear out and need to be replaced from time to time. However, when I checked out their "lifetime" warranty I discovered that they charge you between $6 and $10 to mail you the replacement. Unfortunately that is more than it would cost just to buy another Zagg screen protector so the Zagg warranty turned out to be just a marketing scam.
