Wouldn’t sync to Wifi
First unit I bought works fine. So I bought a second one. Piece of junk wouldn’t sync to WiFi so it’s in pieces and I have a new hole in my wall.
Lesson learned: stick to a quality product.

Does not work with new Apple(13.0) update
The camera would not work since the app did not work with my I-phone 7. Apparently, Rand McNally did not keep up with the updates and I returned the item. I also had two other apps on my phone screw up after the wi-fi app was installed. I deleted the wi-fi app and other two apps worked better. Still had to take phone to local Verizon store and have it reset. Then all apps worked correctly.
