Shimano RT98 MTB Centerlock Disc Brake Rotor 180mm w/o Lockring

180mm Shimano Ice Tech - nice lightweight rotor

These are nice lightweight rotors. The Ice Tech spline looks great and keeps the weight down. They they stop very well and don't seem to heat up during moderate downhill braking. Associated noise is relatively minimal. Installation with Centerlock is dead simple; all that is required is a freehub tool. A note when straightening; only use your hands, not a tool as these can put too much bend in the rotor.

Great fit!

These bumper bracket for the second generation (2004-2009) Prius fit great and work as they should. They appear to be of the same if not better quality than OEM.

Great smoker box but seems to burn the chips too fast.

I use the smoker box with a Char Broil gas grill from about 2011. This is must have item for any griller. I tried using the water dish that comes with the box and while I like the idea, the chips seemed to burn up right away so now I just fill the whole thing with chips. It took a long time to soak the chips before cooking so I have started to soak the chips beforehand and freeze them to allow for quicker cooking with less prep time. I may be running the grill a little hot however (350 to 400 degrees F in the grill) and the chips burn up in an hour or so. I will try to decrease heat directly under the chips and will see if that makes a difference. After using the smoker box a few times in the past two weeks it discolored from the heat some but otherwise is still in very good condition. Overall, I recommend the smoker box as it is a great item for any griller. I recommend testing cooking temperatures to slow down the burn rate.
