Extemely Poor Fit on wheels and axles

The overall all product is OK, but there are significant issues with the wheel, axles fit to body and each other. The axle machining is rough, irregular and has a taper that makes included wheels impossible to fit without additional machining. Additionally the treads on axles do not fit body receptacles easily. I have to purchase other wheels to use. Instructions are very lightly printed and hard to read due to lightness of printing and smallness of print. Graphic for assembly need to be improved. There is an error in the bill of material were bolts are shown but nuts are set. Physical items appear correct in count and variety. Sincerely, Richard
