Jefferson in Fog
Ken Burns has done great films, but this was not one of them. Thomas Jefferson would be a difficult study, hard to portray in snippets. The film constantly shows Monticello in fog as a symbol of Jefferson's character, a very complicated man.

Not of any use.
Usual fraud for R alpha lipoic acid filled white amorphous powder, perhaps rice flour.

Not So Practical
The authors provide little information about the mathematics. It is NOT practical.
