Chair Broke - Minimal Use
1 of 1 found this helpful Admittedly, I was looking for a low cost Office Chair. However, I was immediately disappointed by the purchase. Upon assembly there were missing parts (washers). I was able to assemble it without the washers but with much caution. Then the seat in general is not that comfort. The cushion is very thin and hard, providing little comfort. I am 6' tall and weight 195 lbs. I would consider that a fairly standard user weight for an office chair. After minimal use (once a week) I started hearing cracking when I leaned back. The cracking sound eventually turned into a break. And the seat back no longer is upright. The seat back now is at a severely reclined position and provides no support to the occupant. In fact, a couple of times even slightly leaning back has resulted in the seat toppling over completely. I consider the chair now unusable. I asked for a return or refund and was denied.
