The watch seemed to be magnetized (probably in the shipping), It was running 30min faster per day. I sent a message to The seller explaining The problem and they told me they would refund me the amount of fixing IT. Finally the problem was solved and they paid me the fixing costs. Very happy and impressed with the quick response and the resolution. But when I mentioned it to the seller, they immediately offered to send me one that will match the 7S26 movement in the watch, and a new bezel insert as well. Those have now arrived and that is excellent customer service.
