  Heads appear to be new, un-used, but package was opened (& taped) as was one of the separately packed heads. This does not correspond to the description of "new" which distinctly says "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store..." This was not disclosed in description & should have been. Honesty & trust is essential when buying on ebay- room for improvement here!
