Cliff Energy Bloks
Before high intensity work out or bike ride of 2-2.5 hrs , I routinely consume 3 cliff energy bloks ( 100 calories) along w/ 32 oz. of a quality low sugar electrolyte drink finishing with another 32 Oz while exercising. The Cliff Energy Bloks have made such a difference and made working out even more awesome ! I have more energy without and the crash mentally and physically . The ingredients are good stuff and don't melt in my jersey biking , even in hot sun.
