40 PGI-220 CLI-221 Ink for Canon MP560 MP620 MX860

Wouldn't print

I was out of the yellow ink and the large cartridge of the black ink. So I put in the ink I just received and tried to print. The first cartridge came out very light and smudgy. So I tried another, that cartridge didn't print at all. I tried for 3 strikes...sure enough the third cartridge barely printed as well. I ended up having to go Staples and purchase authorized Canon ink and all is well. At least I didn't spend a lot of money on the "generic" brand ink that didn't work.
