Fun Minifigure to Have if The Price is Right

While I can't call myself an avid Lego Minifigure collector, I do pick up ones that catch my interest. I tend to pair up certain ones that are connected to each other by their official backstory given to them or something that works with my head cannon. I purchased the Battle Goddess from Series 12 two years back and, as a fan of the original Clash of the Titans, I wanted to find a monster to pair her up with. The Medusa felt like the logical choice but, given her rareness, she was on the pricey side. I had to shop around to find one that didn't break the bank and,upon receiving her, she was worth every penny. Medusa comes from the Series 10 line and uses the snake tail from the Ninjago line. But her hairpiece is new and has a two sided head piece (her calm face and a evil hissing face with gold/yellow eyes and open mouth). She is a welcome addition to my collection and, if you like the monster versions of Lego Minifigures, you will enjoy her as well.

Alien Clinger is a Welcome Entry to Your Alien Conquest Collection

As part of the Lego Alien Conquest Mothership, the Alien Clinger (aka a Pluuvian Brain-Beast) is both a creature used to take over the minds of Earthlings and acts as the pet of the Alien Commander (Commander Hypaxxus-8) named Captain Ploovie. It can attach to any normal Lego head (any helmets, wigs, etc must be removed before applying) to make it look like their minds have been taken over (works best with the News Reporter minifigure from the Mothership set or any two sided Lego head with a shocked expression). Ever since I purchased the Alien Villainess (Lego Minifigures Series 8), I wanted to get every alien from the Alien Conquest series to pair up with her. The final addition was the Alien Clinger and he is worth getting if you find him for the right price. Highly recommended if you are a Lego Minifigure collector like me.
