Light Better gear ratios
1 of 1 found this helpful Appears to be well made. Have another 11-42 which seems to be holding up well. Light weight and less expensive than Shimano. also has more graduated ratios.

Works well for PNW commutes. could be used for mountain biking
I bought this as a gift. Have used the 700 lumen model for two years now for commuting during the winter. plenty of charge for three 8 mile commutes. Part of my commute is single track through dark rainy woods and the intermediate setting is adequate to light the trail. Tail light is very bright and visible
