dissolvable quinine is the way to go,fast-very effective,highly recommended
1 of 1 found this helpful since I cant buy quinine any more in the USA,I have switched to the dissolvable quinine,it almost immediately takes the cramps away,I can use up to 20 tablets a day,I always carry them with me,they do not effect my other medications,and I have my friends using them too
