Lovely consistency but not convinced of its SPA qualities
I purchased this having been searching for a long time for a decent facial sunscreen that isn't too heavy, greasy or chalky. Reviews seemed to rave about the consistency of this.
I would agree, its very light, spreads easily and dries quickly. Then it is almost undetectable - brilliant.
However, what I am dubious about are its SPA claims - which after all is the main reason we use a sunscreen! A SPA of 50 usually provides me with sufficient protection for a good stint in the sun/if not all day. I burnt quite quickly when using this. I wonder if the light, watery gel element really is too light.
There are no instructions in English on the bottle/packaging. One assumes you just need one application to provide coverage - rather than a need to let it dry and build up layers ????
Would NOT re-purchase this product or use it in anything other than mild sunny days.
