CHECK YOUR REMOVAL/INSTALL RING!

Tool works fine, but you must check which ring you are using. The picture from the seller I purchased from shows the black ring with the smaller lip and silver with bigger. In actual fact that was reversed. The colours don't matter, so ignore Youtube for that. You must use the smaller lip for removal and bigger lip for install. Hopefully this helps someone save snapping breaker bars pushing the bearing in. Kit could really do with some labels!
