Easy to use after set up.
Detailed instructions for set up. Read them before trying to set up family call features. 81 year old F.I.L. is able to use to reach either me or my wife in any situation he deems he needs assistance. We have it set up to attempt each of us twice and only then call 911. Pendent works as described and has multiple day battery life on the rechargeable batteries. If we forget to trade out the pendent battery it will initiate it's own call to let us know that the battery is low and needs to be swapped with the one charging in the base unit.

Solid choice for performance and value
I am a late arrival to the "smart" phone market. Had been using a samsung feature phone with slide out keyboard. Needed better website access. Epic's slide out keyboard feels familiar. Wedsite access has been as expected and phone and text functions work well.

Met Expectations
Was well discribed and reasonable expectations set regarding installation on the OEM pan. Spent ~hour wtih a staple gun and an extra pair of hands and it looks and sets great.
