Firmware image is not present on the module.
0 of 1 found this helpful Firmware image is not present on the module. I assumed since the product description mentions "Selected HONDA ACURA 2008-20" that firmware would have aleady been installed. Not the case. Its useless without the cable required to flash the image for your particular make model vehicle. Firmware is actually VIN specific so, fair warning. I did order a cable, which is another 100$ for the mobile / android version. Since I have a chromebook and dont have a windows pc to use I opted for the mobile version.
