Rich bass clear highs warm mids

Loud and clear
The Blackstar FLY-3 is the most you can get for the money. Before the Blackstar came out, all of the mini amps had a shrill, thin tone when cranked up but this one plays loud and clear.
The NU>X MINI is the only amp in this size that sounds better and it's only slightly better and almost twice as much $$.
I have played them all, extensively. don't hesitate to buy a Blackstar.
My favorite feature is the effects. You can easily dial in a "Slapback" effect that reminds me of the Scotty Moore tone on the old Elvis records.

It did not work for my tiny little amplifier.
0 of 1 found this helpful I was excited to see such a high capacity 9v rechargeable. Not any more. These batteries put out enough amperage at first but before they ever go dead the amperage drops to an unusable level. I regret buying as many as I did. I'm going back the the 650 rechargeable from another brand. Waste of money.
