Perfect fit
Replaced the passenger side and the original had an R stamp so both sides are interchangeable. Pretty simple to pry the molding away from the door to get at the hinge screws (hex head) but be careful not to drop them.

Thinner than originals
The new billets are 1/4" thick while the originals were 3/8" thick. Easy to replace and work well. Quick shipping. Arrived day earlier than advised. Pins were replaced easily by carefully tapping out and pressing back in with large pliers. I left a gap above each billet due to thinner size but doesn't seem to cause any problem.
