essential for older men
I take 60% Icariin Epimedium on a regular basis to shrink my Prostate, Improve kidney function and increase testosterone in my system. The epimedium is a tonic and causes the body to naturally build testosterone. It does wonders for older men. I'm 70. The problem is that Epimedium consumes a lot of minerals in producing testosterone. Low minerals can cause muscle cramps. I have tried different supplements but they never seems to have the right balance or else they cause nausea when you take them. This one does have the perfect balance of ingredients and no nausea no matter how much you take. I take this and my body testosterone level seems to grow twice as fast as normal. No more leg cramps. I take double the recommended dosage. It also really improves my libido.
