Great Home Gym
Once together, it's fairly solid for a home gym. Don't expect the 'firmness' and smooth operation of pulleys you'd get on a dedicated exercise machine at the gym (for many thousands more). However, it does the job and it does it safely when working out alone.
The instructions were not great. Just pics with no order of operation, so it was easy to not do something in order and have to make a quick change. Bolts didn't match up well to pics and numbers in some cases, but it all ended up together in the end. There are no extra bolts/nuts/washers, so be careful not to drop even one...
Get someone to assist the first few pages of instructions and then the rest takes about 4 hours to assemble.
I recommend it.

My new walk-around
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent lense and cheaper than Canon. The glass is high quality and provides an excellent shot. The depth of field allows for shots that are exceptional when shooting candida or portraits. Absolutely love this lense.
