Very good solid player!
I have owned the Sansa, Creative, Apple lines of MP3 players and am more impressed with features, options, and reliability of the Zune than any other player. I will continue to use and purchase other Zune products!

lousy performing phone
This was a freebie from Verizon and it was worth every cent spent!! The volume on the ringer is so faint you can hardly hear it. If you are anyplace with background noise, forget it. It does not have the vibe and ring option, it is either or, not both. Battery life stinks after a couple of months. The camera takes rather crappy pictures, nothing that I even wasted my time with after trying once or twice. Not pleased at all, and then Verizon wants to charge full price for any other phone I would like to replace it with, and up the service to another 2 years. So much for customer friendly service. Whatever happened to products that were quality and service that would bend over backwards to help a person out?
