Item was packed well but...
The items were in great condition aside from one flaw. They were expired and dried out like sawdust.

Mostly good
This product works on everything but my very fluffy couch, I think this might be because the cushions are attached so I cannot get the spray deep enough to reach the source of the odor. I even flipped it upside down and tried a different angle. Otherwise it works amazingly on my rugs and even a mattress.
