Great Product
This stuff is very affordable and does what it says. Helps with puffiness and makes everything tighter. I ran out for a few days before I got more and I could really tell the difference without it. I have been using this for about a year and love it.

Great product
Gives you great workouts. Increases strength and muscle hardness. The only downside was it made my skin oily and caused bad acne. I had started out taking 2 a day. I am a 140 lb female so I didn't want to take too much. I backed off to 1 a day and my skin cleared up so I started taking 2 a day again and it has broke out a little but not as bad as it did at first. Still have very oily skin though. My husband also takes this product. He takes 4 a day and hasn't had any side effects at all so every person is different. I see alot more muscle definition now so it works great besides the oily skin and acne.

Best pre workout!!
The best preworkout I have ever used! Starts working in about 10 min. You start to sweat without even starting your workout and lasts several hours.
