Love the Light Weight and Stretchiness
These are very lightweight with low heel. But I really like the flyknit. Normally, if I tie a shoe tight, it crunches my high instep. So I have been wearing my shoes very loose for years. These I can tighten up since the whole shoe is somewhat elastic and stretches as needed with each step while staying snug. I run up to 10 - 12 miles in great comfort, but I have never required much cushioning. But even on gravel trails these seem to provide good sole-of-the-foot protection.

It seems to be much stronger than the twist on type connectors. The one thing that made this difficult to install was that it seemed to be made more for multi strand wire rather than romex (solid wire), which is what was used to wire our trailer. It was very hard to get the wire to stay in the receptacles. I had to crank down the holding screws harder than what the instructions seem to indicate, but it did not break. When totally put together to my satisfaction it seemed to be very strong!
