Good basic UPS
I needed something of higher capacity than the SmartUPS 550 that had failed in my lab (yes, it did warn me that it was getting overloaded). This unit is more basic (no digital displays, much more difficult access to battery when it needs replacing) but has twice the capacity at a similar price point. Loads connect via standard power plugs rather than IEC sockets. Quality looks good, I expect a similar longevity as other consumer APC products (2-8 years in my situation, depending on application and what the power company throws at us), time will tell.

Nice cheap little lens
Ken Rockwell's review says it all. A compact sharp lens with great low light performance. DX only lens equivalent to a 50mm film format standard lens. If you think you need one, buy it!
