Works great lighting up the driveway!

Great new Reconyx!
2 of 2 found this helpful I switched to Reconyx years ago and started with the Hyperfire 500. I upgraded to the 600 when it came out. Both these models are no longer available. Reconyx touts the HyperFire 2 Gen 3 as the best camera they have produced. It doesn't feel as sturdy as the previous models and it is lighter but the pictures are typical Reconyx quality with excellent shutter speed. They also put the receptacle for the tree bracket on the bottom of the camera which helps with putting it up in the trees and aiming. Previous models had the receptacle on the back of the camera. There is a 5 year Warranty with the camera and I have found Reconyx custom service to be extremely helpful in the past. I still have 2 Model 500s and 5 model 600s. I purchased two of the Hyperfire 2 Gen 3 and plan on buying more as I phase out the older models.
