Poor performance
1 of 2 found this helpful Sadly, doesn't keep drink hot for particularly long - you can feel the top couple of inches of metal getting hot, which for a thermos type mug isn't right. Our other more expensive one from a high street coffee shop chain is hugely more effective sadly.
