Book was in better condition than described!
I bought this for information, have not had a chance to check it completely, but hope it covers what I need to know.

Very happy, heats my 625 Sq. Ft. garage well!

I was willing to accept cosmetic damage to save some
money. When the heater came, it was in almost new
cosmetic and like new operational condition! I was very
happy!
I have used it for 3 weeks so far in my 625 Sq. Ft. garage
with outside air temperatures as low as 24F. At 24F, it
takes about an hour to heat the garage to 65F+; then it
cycles on and off after that and maintains the
temperature just fine. I haven't had to turn the thermostat
up more than 2/3 of the way to be able to work in a
summer shirt and jeans.
BTW my garage is insulated and sheet-rocked on all the
walls and the ceiling. (The ceiling is 9 1/2' high.) The
garage doors are also insulated with foam sheets in the
panels.
I put the heater on the floor (as required by the safety
instructions) facing into the garage. It sits on and blows
across a carpet which never gets warm as the heat goes
up. The heater fan keeps the air mixed well and keeps
the temperature even throughout the garage.

Love how well this clipper works!
This is my 2nd pair of Andis clippers. I am not a professional, but I want a pair of clippers that do a good job!! I've tried other "home clippers" which took a bit out of hubby's ear just to name a few things! So to me it's worth the $$ to get a good pair of clippers that work well!
