1 of 1 found this helpful Spent over 10 hours trying everything, 5 times with Honeywell tech and twice with Comcast tech and still won't log onto wifi. After 10 hours, the Honeywell tech informs me that the thermostat will not log on to wifi networks that have symbols like # in passwords. Thanks for telling me 10 hours later! Next step to spend 3 hours swapping out our Comcast router. If that does not work, I want a replacement. Go with Nest.
