Feedback on Macbook Pro 2020

Great powerful laptop but the keyboard keys keeps sticking which makes it hard to type. Lastly, the right speaker does not sound 100% functional. Sounds like something is loose inside. Therefore, I rated this a 3 stars. For a 2020 laptop from Apple, I expected no issues on the keyboard or speaker which is very important as this is being used as a business laptop.
