Does the Job, Good Value.
While it's not got the look and feel "exactly" as my old one from the 90's, it does the same function and seems made well enough to last. I'm sure if it was built the same as the original unit it would cost 4X as much, such is life.

Mr. Heater 40K BTU IR Heater
0 of 1 found this helpful I've had these before in another house and they worked great. I needed to keep my garage warm enough to work in and to keep the cat in at night and this does the trick. I doesn't really use much extra natural gas vs. house furnance. Lot less expensive than electric heat. It is not vented but natural gas burns so clean you don't need to worry about carbon monoxide but we have a sensor just in case.

Good Value for the Price
Very bright and should last forever with a 6V cell. It's easy to cross thread the lamp assembly when putting in the battery but just push straight and hard and it'll go on.
