Does NOT cut all the way through skin and/or cuticles!
Does not cut all the through skin or cuticles! You would think that when this nipper is brand new, that it would cut all the way through skin and/or cuticle without having to pull and tear away. Doesn't do that much better than the pair that is now 20 years old that I have been using since then.

This is one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen now. A perfect paring knife.
