Easy fix
Both my 8" doors jerked when they went up and especially when going down. After checking the pulley wheels I found them to be worn out. I ordered these and received them super fast. I found when changing these if you put the door up there is very little pressure on them so they are easy to change. I am not a door man. I am mechanically inclined but don't think you have to be just be careful. Easy fix.
