Damaged goods

While the item arrived in a timely fashion. Every package I opened (5 so far)contained broken breadsticks. In total out of 5 packages there was only 1 undamaged breadstick. The rest ranged from broken in half to crumbs.

Good system for the money though it needs more user friendly documentation

There are few directions for installing this product and although it seems simple enough, I had problems with the application stopping on my cell phone. After several calls to customer service, I found a way to run the system off a webpage instead of the android program. There is no tutorial on how the keypad works and what some of the buttons are used for and it was only by trial and error that I figured it out. Now that the system is installed, it seems to work fine and, like having a baby, the outcome can make you forget some of the labor.

chord buddy for a non musician

I have been a singer for years and always wanted to play the guitar. Due to arthritis issues, whenever I tried to learn to play, the pain issues stopped me from trying. With Chord Buddy, I am able to play several songs just hours after installing it on a second hand guitar I purchased. While I am not Eric Clapton, I can at least accompany myself on several rock and folk songs so I am very pleased with the concept. I would like to see them expand the training and music to include chords that can be made using multiple presses of the four existing chords.
